User-generated Content

We cannot be responsible for any links or content a user posts on our website. Any malicious links will be dealt with by our moderation team asap, but we cannot guarantee a 100% safe forum experience. It should be said that we cannot guarantee a safe browsing experience on any external site we link to.

Passwords & Private Information

You still should not use your RuneScape/Stellar Dawn/FunOrb/War of Legends password on this website! Your passwords are safe regardless, with md5 encryption. However, if your forum account were to be compromised (not logging out on public computers, setting 'remember me' to true, etc.), we are not liable for any damages to your RuneScape/Stellar Dawn/FunOrb/War of Legends, or any other account not on Gaming Heavens/DawnSociety.

Other private information such as your email will under no circumstances be shared with any third party unless required by a court of law. However, you may enable public viewing of some private information, and we are not responsible for any outcome that may be presented from that. Our community will automatically send you emails from time to time, but you may easily request not to receive those via a link in the email itself.

Malicious Content

If you are observed posting content that is obscene, illegal, or anything that either violates our community rules or terms of service, we reserve the right to:

  1. Suspend your account temporarily
  2. Permanently delete your account
  3. Report you to the proper authorities
